(In a sense, yes. Due to extreme engineering stupidity, this flood (and past floods...yes, it happened a long time ago too..) was not foreseen. Making the home owners of this Camella Village swim in, well, a sea of garbage. )
added note: Who the H%ll in the right mind would want to take a bath in a sea of garbage?!

(This phrase we have not tried though. That's because our "kalsada" or roads are under water. So unless we grow gills and a tail fin, there is no way anyone can make-"Pasko" in these roads. And yes, this is still the Camella Village mentioned above.)

(Yeah, d#mn right you are! TRULY one of them. giving the less fortunate hope when all you have are unwritten promises. )
more notes: The Camella Homes franchise is, in a way, owned by him. That is why some of the blame goes to him.(round of applause) Because if he hadn't invested on such crappy locations, this would not have happened. Buyers should have the right to know that the lot they are buying was once a swamp! Them engineers should be hung! or at least their licenses revoked.
